Ravenna grass

(a.k.a. elephant grass)

Ravenna grass is an introduced species that has become invasive in many parts of the United States, particularly disturbed and moist habitats. Stalks grow in clumps with heights of 6-13 feet with wide, serrated leaf blades. The flowers occur in a showy plume.
